Product Description
Double stick tape uses an aggressive sealing adhesive. This tape is sticky on both sides and is perfect for use as a gasket when installing windows, vents, etc. on RVs, mobile homes, and steel buildings. Once Double Stick is applied, you can virtually forget about leaks! In addition, Double Stick can be folded or rolled into a bead for areas that need a thicker gasket. Double Stick comes in standard rolls 60 mils thick, 50' long, and 2" wide.

Used it to repair my travel trailer membrane roof and waterproof around a new roof vent cover. Once you put it down, it ain't coming up. Recommend using a little aerosol electric parts cleaner (like CRC Lectro-Motive) to blow out any water from cracks and seams and to act like a solvent to soften up any old lap sealant and prepare the membrane for a good bond.

This product works great for EPDM membrane roofs where the overlap seams have lifted. it is very sticky and difficult to get off of your fingers, but once in place it holds very secure.
My facility is in the snow belt of Northeast Ohio and the roof take a lot of abuse in the winter. So far the patched seams have held up very well. Once installed I like to bridge the seam with the Eternabond Roofseal 4" wide for added protection.
