House of Kolor KO-Seal II primer sealers are two-component acrylic urethane primer sealers. They come available in black, white, and silver metallic colors. When tinted with House of Kolor Kandy Koncentrates, they make a perfect ground coat color for many effects. Sealers are a must when doing custom finishes. KO-Seal II primer sealers meet nationwide VOC requirements.

Hansen (west fargo, north dakota.) - See all my reviews    This review is from: HOUSE OF KOLOR WHITE PRIMER SEALER KO-SEAL II Quart pretty good but not really a primer basically a straight sealer.can not use over bare metal,and must be careful on platic panels as well as i found.is a very high quality sealer but not for priming at all.best to tint with Kk koncetrates to match color you are sparaying for easier color coverage.all in all a pretty good product.
