 Restored my trunk to where I can actually use it again!, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: POR 15 FLOOR PAN AND TRUCK COMPLETE RESTORATION KIT The trunk that I used this kit on had seen better days. Being a midwestern car from the 70's it had more rust than steel in some spots to the point where I could see the ground when I would open up the trunk lid. I started by wire brushing the trunk and vacuuming out any debris. Then I used the cleaner and etcher in the trunk and flushed everything out with a garden hose. I removed the two stock drain plugs in the trunk to drain out the water.I let the trunk dry out over night in my garage and started the next day by painting with the silver POR15 supplied in the kit and laying down the fiberglass where needed to cover up the holes in the trunk. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for this kit is because I needed to buy an extra can of silver to build up coverage over the spots with the fiber glass.
