If you need to do any repairs on your fiberglass toys - boats, cars, etc. You need this kit to begin. I kept looking at the West System, but it seemed expensive and I didn't know what I really needed to buy. I tried several other products and found them messy and a little difficult to use. I bought this kit with some trepidation. The first time that I used it, I was sold. The only thing I would have liked to have included was some thickening agent. The cups and stirrers are reusable - no more epoxy melting through the cheap plastic cup that I used. The documentation is intimidating in it's size, but it is well organized and easy to follow. You don't need most of it for most of your projects. When you need it, it's very nice to have. I wish that I had bought this first. I can see using this for years. It works.
