P-M Black is a quick, permanent repair for ABS plastic used for RV holding tanks, Auto, RV, Boat and Motorcycle body and trim parts and many other items.
P- M Black is a brush-on ABS plastic resin compound that melts into and bonds with the original plastic, leaving a new layer of plastic over the repaired area. It can be used on cracks or holes of any size as well as larger repairs such as re-fastening valve assemblies that have been torn out of the tank. It can be used to alter or build special tanks or parts. When applied correctly, the repaired article is stronger than new.
P- M Black is a specially formulated blend of solvents and plastic resins designed for topical application that works by chemically melting the plastic to fuse it together. The very aggressive blend of solvents allows P- M Black to bond into the plastic after being brushed on, making it more suitable for topical application.

Perhaps a bit expensive after paying shipping but considering the price and hassle involved with replacing the tank it looks pretty good. Their directions were succinct and not too hard or messy to follow. The repair looks like it will be permanent. The crack was appx. 2" in length -- not so great to cause a large leak but large enough to not let us dry camp without someone commenting about the drip from under our rig. We used the cleaner to prep the area and then applied three coats over several days to the crack. We've gone out twice now and have not noticed any further drips. This was a very cheap fix that probably would have cost over $1,000 if we had the tank replaced. A WORD OF CAUTION: the instructions state to use a Carbon Filter Vapor Mask. We did find one at Home Depot and there are several available on Amazon. This is my first review but I've rarely used a product I've been so impressed with. I had a pretty significant break in my camper holding tank where we had hit a curb. Several pieces had broken out and there was about a 4" crack. I had tried several other glues and caulks to repair it but nothing but would stick well or they did not seal properly.Because of the other junk I put on there must of my prep time involve scraping off all the old materials I had put on there. I understand that often the final quality of the job depends on the up front work. After the prep work the application was very easy. The material just paints on. I ran a thick coat and added the screen in approx 1x4" strips. let that dry and then added a couple more coats. If you don't work quickly the material starts to dry and gets a little clumpy.
