It works very well, with some caveats: 1. prep is the key. 2. Actually, using the right paintbrush is the key. 3. No, using a couple of thin coats instead of one thick coat is the key. 4. actually, these are all keys to success, with a fifth being, if you can remove the part and lay it flat, instead of trying to paint the part "in place", you'll be money ahead. I have been doing a partial restoration on my Camaro for the last six months or so, mostly the front suspension, but other parts as well. I have made the mistake of trying to shortcut the painting of the suspension by trying to paint it in place, big mistake, so now I've removed it, cleaning it properly, and doing it right. Also, the top coats, such as chassis coat and such, I don't care for. For starters, it's a heck of a lot of paint on a car... This paint is super durable and long lasting. Do not get any on your skin! Paint thinner won't touch this stuff.
